Pact Alliance is a Cairo-based company operating under one legal entity with two fully independent divisions serving distinct markets within construction and interiors.
Our History
With over 20 years of experience in the construction industry, Pact Alliance was established in Cairo
to address two separate but persistent market needs:
On one side, contractors and developers needed reliable, independent contractual support without
the overhead of full-time in-house teams.
On the other side, end-users and property owners demanded high-quality, consistent interior
execution from professionals who specialize only in finishing works.

Our mission is to:
Draft, review and negotiate contracts that minimize risk and maximize clarity. Prepare robust, well-substantiated claims and variations. Manage correspondence, notices and commercial correspondence. Coordinate delay analysis and extension-of-time entitlements. Facilitate dispute avoidance and fair negotiation, all while maintaining complete independence from any execution or finishing works.
Fit-Out & Interior Finishing Division
We exist solely to serve end-users, homeowners, villa owners, real-estate developers (show units), hotels, retail brands, offices and commercial tenants with flawless interior execution.
Our mission is to:
Deliver complete, high-end fit-out projects from design intent to final handover. Execute custom joinery, premium finishes, lighting, specialty treatments and interior MEP coordination. Maintain rigorous site supervision, quality control and snagging processes.
